Bradda Head Lithium has raised £2.12 million and agreed to convert US$1.87 million of shareholder-backed loans into equity as it prepares drilling at Whistlejacket and San Domingo. The financing removes near-term debt pressure and funds key Arizona programmes, but existing shareholders face material dilution while the company remains several technical and financing stages away from production.
