Tamarack Valley Energy and Headwater Exploration have agreed an all-stock combination valued at C$10 billion, creating an 80,000-plus-boe/d Clearwater producer while spinning exploration assets into a separately listed company and increasing Tamarack’s dividend by 20% after closing.
