Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers has signed a ₹32,000 crore contract to construct five next-generation corvettes for the Indian Navy, substantially expanding its long-term order visibility. The agreement strengthens India's domestic warship manufacturing programme, but revenue recognition, construction milestones and working capital will determine the financial benefits over a contract period exceeding nine years.
