Gael Touya has become AptarGroup CEO after more than 30 years across its Pharma, Beauty and Closures operations, inheriting a company whose quarterly sales crossed $1 billion for the first time but whose adjusted EBITDA margin fell to 20.7% amid pharmaceutical destocking and investment.
