Swarmer (SWMR) moves into combat drone hardware with Vataga IP deal as revenue scale remains unproven
Nasdaq-listed Swarmer has signed an agreement to acquire selected intellectual property from Ukrainian drone manufacturer Vataga and bring 15 members of its leadership and engineering team into the business. The transaction extends Swarmer beyond software into hardware design and integration while raising questions about financing, dilution and its ability to convert battlefield deployments into recurring revenue.
