EnerSys has agreed to acquire Ultralife for approximately $320 million in enterprise value, offering shareholders $16 per share in cash. The transaction will expand EnerSys's position in military batteries, unmanned systems and specialized power technologies, with management targeting $15 million to $20 million in annual cost synergies and adjusted earnings accretion within approximately 18 months of closing.
