Fox Factory just sold Marucci and cut debt. Why has its CEO now been removed?
Fox Factory Holding Corp. has replaced Chief Executive Officer Mike Dennison with independent director Douglas Grimm on an interim basis after preliminary third-quarter sales and adjusted EBITDA fell below guidance. The change comes only weeks after Fox sold Marucci Sports for $225 million and used the proceeds to reduce leverage, leaving the next CEO to repair operating execution across a smaller portfolio.
