Prospera Energy has pushed a C$20.74 million senior debt maturity out by two years while repricing a planned C$12 million equity financing to C$0.03 per unit. The extension removes an immediate refinancing deadline, but full subscription would increase the existing share count by about two-thirds before warrants are exercised.
