Stellantis has signed a memorandum of understanding with Canadian armoured-vehicle manufacturer Roshel for a potential sale of its idled Brampton Assembly Plant, opening a possible defence-manufacturing future for a site where roughly 2,200 Unifor members remain on indefinite layoff.
