Bonterra Resources has completed a fully guaranteed C$20.42 million rights offering, issuing more than 170 million shares and increasing its outstanding share count by approximately 80%. The financing addresses near-term liquidity pressure and funds exploration, but it also leaves Wexford Capital controlling almost 29% of the company.
