Forestar (FOR) names Anthony Oxley executive chairman as $2.3bn lot backlog faces housing slowdown
Forestar Group has announced the retirement of Executive Chairman Donald Tomnitz after nine years, with President and Chief Executive Officer Anthony Oxley assuming the additional chairman role on November 1. The leadership transition comes as the D.R. Horton-controlled residential lot developer manages housing affordability pressures, a 91,700-lot inventory and approximately $2.3 billion in contracted future lot sales.
