CoolSys buys commercial refrigeration and HVAC firm Eastern Refrigeration
CoolSys, a US refrigeration and HVAC services company backed by Ares Management, has acquired Eastern Refrigeration for an undisclosed price, to further expand its market presence in the Northeast region.
