Northwind backs 239-unit 141 Willoughby office-to-residential conversion with $208m
Northwind Group has provided a $208 million first-mortgage construction loan to convert much of 141 Willoughby Street into 239 apartments, turning a recently completed but vacant office tower into a test of New York’s mixed-use conversion economics.
