The infrastructure financing services provider has moved ahead with talks with Arena Investors and Makara Capital Partners. The company’s strategic coordination committee is presently engaged in discussions with the private equity funds for infusing capital into the business.

The proposed infusion of capital, which is being parallelly executed to the firm’s debt realignment plan, is anticipated to give cushion against the Covid-19 pandemic induced stress in the Indian financial services sector.
