Sonata Software, an Indian modernization and digital engineering company, and enterprise search cloud company Sinequa have inked a global gold services partnership agreement for scaling enterprise search solutions.

According to Sonata Software, the partnership allows it to provide its customers with an efficient and intelligent search platform using which knowledge-intensive companies can assist enterprise-wide searches and design specific domain and situational applications.

In early 2020, Encore Software Services, a subsidiary of Sonata Software, signed a gold services partnership agreement with Sinequa that covers all of the US.

From then onwards, Encore Software Services has implemented Sonata Software’s Search Cloud Platform for customers in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals as well as banking and insurance. The former also established the Sinequa Center of Excellence in Chennai with certified consultants for providing top-quality implementation solutions to its international customers.

Its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered search platform designed for Microsoft Azure connects unstructured and structured data to a unified search interface, delivering insights using deep learning, the most advanced natural language processing, knowledge mining, and neural search.

Sinequa is said to offer an array of capabilities and features to speed up the development and scaling of insights applications that are designed for the most complicated and valuable use cases.
