Sonata Software Q4 2023 profit after tax up by 13% to Rs 114cr
Sonata Software has reported a profit after tax (PAT) of INR 113.8 crores for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023 (Q4 2023) ended 31 March 2023, an increase of 13% compared to INR 100.9 crores for the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
In the last quarter, that is Q3 2023, the Indian software company had a profit after tax of INR 100.9 crores.
The revenues of Sonata Software in Q4 2023 were INR 1,913.5 crores, which is an increase of 31% compared to revenues of INR 1,463.6 crores in Q4 2023. In Q3 2023, the company’s revenues were INR 2,260.8 crores.
Samir Dhir — Sonata Software MD and CEO said: “We are excited to report yet another quarter of Industry-leading growth. Our Rupee Revenue for Q4 FY’23 grew by 9% QoQ (8.6% in Dollar terms).
“Full-year rupee Revenue grew by 29%. (18.1 % in USD terms). Consolidated PAT for FY’23 grew by 20% YoY. Our modernization-driven solutions enabled three large deal wins, including our largest-ever deal win of $160M.”
In March 2023, Sonata Software completed its previously announced $160 million acquisition of Quant Systems, a US-based data analytics and cloud modernization company.
