India-based Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd said that its dairy and non-dairy products have been certified under the Orthodox Rabbinical Supervision of Kosher Certification Jerusalem.

The company, which had recently launched Dal Makhani and Paneer Butter Masala products under the GOELD frozen food brand, said that its products have complied with the Law of Kashrut and are processed under Halacha Regulations.

Kosher, which has roots in Hebrew, signifies which is fit or appropriate. In the present context, the word kosher usually represents foods and beverages as being compliant with Jews’ religious dietary laws.
