A viral clip paints a gruesome picture of the night’s events: people clad in Halloween attire are seen drinking and socializing, abruptly disrupted by the sound of gunshots, sending everyone into a frenzy. Desperate to escape, some were seen stumbling over metal tables, seeking shelter from the unrelenting bullets. Police responding to the scene found multiple victims, treating them on the blood-stained streets, the aftermath marred by a volley of gunfire.

Police Investigation and Suspect Surrender

Amid the chaos, Tampa police disclosed that a male suspect had surrendered but indicated that at least two shooters might have been involved. Officers on the scene were fortunately unharmed.
