Shields Health Solutions opens new office in Phoenix, Arizona

Shields Health Solutions, a health system specialty pharmacy integrator, has opened a new office in Phoenix to serve its partners across the US.

The company is said to provide fully integrated and comprehensive on-site care to hospital leaders with its specialty pharmacy program.

It partners with more than 70 health systems across 40 plus states and employees more than 1,000 people in the US. The company’s integrated care model is said to offer better outcomes for thousands of chronically ill patients each year.

Shields Health Solutions, which is headquartered in Boston, said that the new office in Phoenix will provide broader national coverage and support for its growing list of hospital partners in the country. At present 50 employees are working in the new office in Phoenix.

The specialty pharmacy integrator said that it is looking for qualified people to work in Phoenix area, who can apply for Patient Support Advocate positions.

The new office is said to be ready for use and the company is said to continuously monitoring the COVID-19 situation in Arizona to safeguard the health of its team.  The office will not be opened for widespread use until it is safe for all, said Shields Health Solutions.
