Secmark Consultancy to acquire 20% stake in Pune-based Trakiot Solutions

Secmark Consultancy has signed an agreement to acquire a stake of 20% in Trakiot Solutions Private Limited for a sum of INR 25 lakhs in an all-cash deal.

The business management consulting services provider is acquiring 2,500 equity shares of Trakiot Solutions having a face value of INR 10 each at a premium of INR 990 in this connection.

Based in Pune, Trakiot Solutions specializes in software designing, development, customization, implementation, maintenance, testing and benchmarking, designing, developing, computer and mobile software and solutions, and IT enabled services.

Secmark Consultancy, on the other hand, offers software and technology products and services. The company said that the stake in Trakiot Solutions will have synergy with its business.
