RITES Limited, a subsidiary of Indian Railways, said that it won an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract worth INR 76.08 crores from North Central Railway.
The EPC contract is for delivering electronic interlocking (EI) based automatic signaling with continuous track circuiting and other related.
RITES Limited will also be responsible to carry out works along with appropriate indoor alterations in electronic interlocking/route relay interlocking system (RRI)/panel interlocking (PI) stations enroute in Dhaulpur- Gwalior Section of Jhansi division of North Central Railway.
Earlier this month, the Indian transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering firm reported total revenue of INR 703 crores for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2023, while its profit after tax during the reported period was INR 147 crores.
