Renovus Capital sells InflowCX to Gemspring Capital affiliate
In a major shift for technology advisory services and software, Renovus Capital Partners, a distinguished lower middle-market private equity entity, unveiled the sale of its portfolio company, Inflow Communications LLC (frequently termed “InflowCX”), to a subsidiary of Gemspring Capital Management, LLC. Gemspring, in their acquisition strategy, intends to integrate InflowCX with their portfolio enterprise, Amplix, noted for its technology advisory offerings.
Renovus and InflowCX: The Journey Thus Far
After acquiring InflowCX in 2020, Renovus swiftly amalgamated it with PeakView, successfully sculpting a top-tier provider specializing in strategic advisement, deployment, and managed amenities for the contact center, customer experience, and unified communications landscape. This strategic alliance was the fruition of Renovus’s investment vision focused on the channel partner business model. Their emphasis lay on software ecosystems in nascent growth stages, deriving immense value from premium channels and technological associates pivotal in propelling both sales and implementation phases.
