Relation Insurance Services acquires Maryland-based Insurance, Inc.

Relation Insurance Services, an American insurance agency, has acquired the assets of Maryland-based Insurance, Inc. for an undisclosed price.

Headquartered in Owings, Insurance, Inc. offers clients across Maryland with personal and commercial lines insurance solutions and employee benefits.

Relation Insurance Services said that going forward Amir Krell and Tracy Sutton will continue to head Insurance, Inc. under its umbrella.
