Raymond Limited appoints Harmohan Sahni as CEO of realty business

Indian suiting manufacturer Raymond Limited has appointed Harmohan Sahni as the CEO of its realty business.

Until recently, Harmohan Sahni served as the COO of the real estate business of ECL Finance Limited (Edelweiss Group) and is said to have vastly experienced in carrying out projects such as luxury housing, affordable housing, commercial and retail properties.

Raymond Limited entered into the real estate sector in 2010 through a 100-acre plus land parcel in the heart of Thane with its first project – Aspirational District, spread over 14 acres.

The Aspirational District township has 42 storeyed towers comprising more than 3,000 smart-sized homes of one and two BHKs.

According to the Indian suiting manufacturer, in spite of the slowdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Raymond Realty could sell 1,387 residential units till March 2021, which makes up more than 60% of its total inventory of nearly 2,350 units launched.
