Indian real estate industry news : PS Group, a Kolkata real estate developer has launched Amistad – a three tower residential project in Rajarhat, Kolkata, comprising 242 flats.

Named as the Best Upcoming Mid-segment Residential project of the Year during the Credai Bengal Realty Awards 2018, Amistad Rajarhat has double and triple bedroom homes with three sides open.

PS Group says that the price of Amistad Rajarhat flats are suitable for people working in the IT and ITeS segments.

The Kolkata real estate developer has enabled Wi-Fi for the entire residential project, which is well connected to the future metro corridor and to the Major Arterial Road (MAR) extension.

Some of the indoor amenities available for the residents of Amistad Rajarhat are mini theatre, gymnasium, AC community hall, games room, squash court, toddlers play room, steam and sauna room among others.

As far as outdoor amenities are concerned, Amistad Rajarhat boasts of a landscaped garden, swimming pool, children’s play area and a badminton court.

Amistad Rajarhat has CCTV surveillance and comes with intercom facilities and electronic locks for main doors.
