The developer will offer a special 2 percent discount for eligible armed forces personnel across its projects.

Aid for India’s Military Community

India has approximately 1.4 million serving military personnel and 2.6 million veterans. Provident Housing’s scheme aims to facilitate homeownership within their community for these individuals. The commitment to this initiative was formally handed over to Major General Ravi Murugan, AVSM, General Officer Commanding (GOC), Karnataka and Kerala Sub Area.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility for this discount includes all serving and retired members of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, their spouses and children, and officers of the Short Service Commission who have completed their full tenure. However, individuals with less than five years of service will not be eligible.

Wide Range of Projects

Provident Housing currently boasts 12 projects across nine cities. The discounts will be available across all existing and new launches until 31st December 2024, with a possibility of review thereafter.
