Procare Software to acquire childcare software provider Cirrus Group

Procare Software acquisition of : Procare Software, a provider of child care management solutions, has agreed to acquire Cirrus Group, an online Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of dynamic operational, financial and customer management solutions for childcare facilities, school districts and community education centers.

Terms of the Procare Software acquisition of the -based childcare software provider Cirrus Group were not revealed.

According to Wade Robbins – Chief Solutions Officer of Cirrus Group, the experience of Procare Software in the childcare software industry along with its synergistic vision marks an exceedingly good fit for Cirrus Group.

Procare Software acquisition of Cirrus Group is expected to further strengthen the former’s cloud-based offering and capabilities with the latter’s software solutions to manage multi-site childcare, after-school and parks and recreation programs, including DayCare Works, RecCare Works and SchoolCare Works.

Commenting on Procare Software acquisition of Cirrus Group, – President and CEO of Procare Software, said: “We are pleased to add Cirrus Group’s innovative web and mobile-based applications, which further enhance our suite of solutions to help customers efficiently manage their facilities and address complex operational and administrative needs.”

In 2002, Cirrus Group launched DayCare Works for child care facility management and after that expanded the platform to address the increasing requirements of school districts and community education providers.

The clients of Cirrus Group range from one-facility centers to large multi-facility organizations in the US and Canada. Included in the list are among the largest school districts and childcare facilities in North America.

In another update, Procare Software, the child care management technology solutions provider, has bagged an undisclosed investment from global private equity firm .
