Probo Medical said that Tenvision’s field service engineers, sales representatives, and in-house repair technicians are vastly experienced in providing a deep solution set of products and services to handle the ultrasound equipment requirements of healthcare organizations.
With the acquisition of Tenvision, Probo Medical will be expanding its offerings of diagnostic medical equipment solutions to meet customer needs.
Michael Asmer – CEO of Probo Medical said: “Having worked alongside the Tenvision team for well over two decades, we have long respected their position in our industry.
“Tenvision is known as a leader in the ultrasound market, particularly with respect to their sales, service and training offering to customers in the mid-south region. More recently, Tenvision has built out an impressive capability set for virtual product demonstrations, trainings and service that will be highly complementary to our commercial efforts.
“We look forward to supporting Tenvision’s customers with the breadth and depth of Probo’s products, services and solutions and are tremendously excited to welcome the Tenvision team to Probo.”

Kevin Gregory – Tenvision President said: “Aligning with Probo connects Tenvision into a platform that places our team on the leading edge of solutions that we can bring to our customers. We have known the Probo team as both business colleagues and friends for many years, so the combination of Probo and Tenvision is a natural fit.”
