ProAmpac, an Ohio-based flexible packaging company, has acquired APC Paper Group, a producer of recycled paper packaging products that caters to foodservice and retail markets.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
APC Paper Group, which is based in Claremont, New Hampshire, is engaged in producing 100% recycled kraft paper products.
The paper packaging solution provider mainly serves the foodservice packaging, e-commerce, consumer products, industrial, and home improvement markets.

Through the acquisition, ProAmpac said that it will grow its paper manufacturing capabilities and consolidates its market position in the recycled and sustainable product categories.

ProAmpac, which is backed by Pritzker Private Capital, has around 50 locations globally, with approximately 5,800 employees to supply to more than 5,000 customers across 90 countries.
Earlier this month, ProAmpac acquired Ultimate Packaging, a UK-based flexible packaging manufacturer.
