PRN opens California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy in Long Beach, CA

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) has opened California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (Cal Rehab – Lakewood), a new outpatient clinic in Long Beach, California.

The outpatient clinic, which is located inside LA Fitness at 5810 Downey Ave, is the 15th clinic of Cal Rehab in the greater Orange County/Los Angeles area and the 29th clinic in Southern California.

Co-owned and managed by Silverton Nguyen, California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy outpatient clinic provides a comprehensive variety of physical therapy services ranging from aquatic rehabilitation to hand therapy and pre- and post-operative care.

Having graduated as a Regent’s Scholar from the University of California in San Diego, Silverton Nguyen got his Masters in Physical Therapy from Cal State Long Beach followed by Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences. Silverton Nguyen is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS), is a certified clinical instructor, and a lecturer for the Department of Physical Therapy at Cal State Long Beach.

Silverton Nguyen, commenting on California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (Cal Rehab – Lakewood) outpatient clinic, said: “I want this clinic to be a resource for the local community, LA Fitness, and anyone who needs guidance on improving the way they move.

The Cal Rehab – Lakewood outpatient clinic will provide aquatic therapy, strength and conditioning programs, certified hand therapy, balance and gait training, apart from traditional orthopedic rehabilitation and spine care.
