PNB Housing Finance (PNBHF) has joined forces with , for offering last‐mile home loan facilities to individuals residing in tier 2 and 3 cities.

The initiative will also aid the vision of to contribute to India’s financial inclusion agenda.

For promoting home loan facility and financial services in smaller Indian cities, the partnership will have an important role in helping families realize their dreams of owning a house.

Sanjay Kumar Rakesh — CSC e‐Governance Services India said: “Our partnership with PNB Housing Finance will open new avenues in financial inclusion as it will help people residing in far‐flung areas to own a home. We can drive inclusive growth in society by offering such facilities to even the remotest parts of the country.”

According to PNB Housing Finance, potential customers can apply for its loans via its online home loan platform — ACE. The company said that the centers of CSC e‐Governance Services India will also act as delivery points for EMI re payments and give assistance to customers for online home loan application.

Through the partnership, PNB Housing Finance will strive to offer door‐to‐door home loan facility via the huge network of CSC e‐Governance Services India. The latter will help create the awareness and help local communities in applying for home loans.
