Plumas District Hospital (PDH) in Quincy, California, will move to Cerner Millennium, an electronic health record solution (EHR solution), to provide better services to denizens of Plumas County and surrounding areas of northeastern California.

Slated to go live by the end of 2019, the electronic health record system offers clinicians, doctors, and patients digital access to medical records and health histories.

The move will help Plumas District Hospital to replace at least eight other software applications with a single cohesive and secure system, which will reduce the burden of charting for physicians and clinicians.
