Pidilite breaks ground with new advanced manufacturing facilities in Gujarat
Pidilite Industries, a frontrunner in construction and specialty chemicals, has unveiled its ultra-modern manufacturing units under joint ventures Pidilite Litokol Pvt Ltd (PLPL) and Tenax Pidilite Pvt Ltd (TPPL) in Amod, Gujarat.
The initiative symbolizes the successful transfer of technology from Italian companies Litokol SPA and Tenax SPA, further enhancing Pidilite Industries’ portfolio.

By introducing cutting-edge technology, we are revolutionizing the market, enhancing natural stone surfaces, and elevating the aesthetics and durability of consumer spaces.

The newly inaugurated manufacturing hubs, sprawled over 27,000 sq ft for Litokol and 21,000 sq ft for Tenax, stand as testament to the seamless collaboration, automation, and technological prowess. Notably, Tenax’s superior solutions, renowned for marble and granite stone installation and maintenance, ensure enduring sheen and flawless finish.
Meanwhile, Litokol’s innovative Starlike quartz-based technology epoxy grouts offer stain resistance and high suitability for both indoor and outdoor floor and wall applications, even under harsh conditions.
The technology transfer heralds a new chapter in Pidilite Industries’ ambitious growth plan. As part of this strategy, Pidilite Industries is set to leverage its extensive distribution network to market and sell epoxy, urethane grout, and specific epoxy adhesives for tile applications from Pidilite Litokol Private Limited, alongside the stone care range products from Tenax Pidilite India Private Limited.
