PCF Insurance Services acquires Utah-based MGA United Underwriters

PCF Insurance Services, an American insurance brokerage firm, has acquired United Underwriters, a property and casualty managing general agent (MGA), based in Utah.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Established in 1998, United Underwriters is said to cater to over 150 agencies across the property and casualty MGA services and programs in the Western US.

The company provides insurance solutions for include homeowners, dwelling, renters, personal umbrella, commercial, auto insurance, and earthquake.
