Parkline acquired by Trachte from Summit Park

Wisconsin-based Trachte has acquired Parkline, a manufacturer of engineered metal buildings for industrial and commercial applications, from Summit Park, for an undisclosed price.

The deal brings together the strengths of Trachte and Parkline to create a market leader within the American protection and control buildings market. The combined entity is expected to have wide product offerings and a diverse user base.

Trachte’s offerings and solutions are a crucial component of protecting vital equipment, controls and infrastructure for electricity utilities, data centres as well as other important industrial and commercial customers.

The deal ensures that the customers of Trachte will benefit from the most advanced technology available, as well as innovative products, increased production capacity, as well as industry best service capabilities and know-how.

The combination of Trachte and Parkline will be able to manufacture across areas such as the Mid-Atlantic as well as the Southwestern US, Northeast Georgia, and Wisconsin.

It will provide engineered, pre-fabricated buildings for protection and control as well as capabilities built on site.

Palladium Equity Partners, which purchased Trachte in late 2020, is supporting the deal by investing additional equity.
