After successfully wrapping up the Stage 1 Design initiatives, which garnered approvals from various stakeholders like the Melville Council, Audi Australia, and Audi AG Germany, PARKD Construction will embark on the next phase. A cornerstone of Stage 1’s design phase was PARKD’s enhancement of its distinctive prefabricated structural system for commercial applications. The inclusion of the Metal Deck Connection System is anticipated to bolster safety, productivity, and sustainability metrics of the project.

Integral to the development is the synthesis of sales, servicing, and parts into a coherent, vertically streamlined facility. PARKD’s unique prefabricated structural blueprint will be the backbone of this construction. This method stands to expedite the build timeline and mitigate potential supply chain and material escalation risks. It also promises a significant reduction in concrete usage and a subsequent dip in carbon footprint vis-à-vis conventional construction approaches.
