PAI acquires ATM managed service solutions provider TouchPoint 21

Payment Alliance International (PAI), a US-based provider of ATM portfolio management tools and services, has acquired TouchPoint 21 for an undisclosed price.

Based in Texas, TouchPoint 21 caters to financial institutions with ATM and cash management outsourcing services.

Payment Alliance International, which is a Brink’s Company, said that it gains a mature, proven managed service model through the acquisition, which is enabled by the expertise of TouchPoint 21 in advanced ATM and interactive teller machine (ITM) terminals in addition to its in-house servicing and armored teams.

According to Payment Alliance International, banks and credit unions by fully outsourcing ATM operations can achieve efficiencies in operations, enabling the growth of their footprints at considerably reduced costs. Besides, banks and credit unions can leverage next-generation cash automation technology like interactive teller machines, while optimizing operations for their internal teams.

Coupled with the proprietary technology toolset of Payment Alliance International, which includes AMP+ and Vantage Technical Services, customers will gain improved management as well as real-time visibility into their ATM fleets.
