PageUp People acquires candidate engagement platform PathMotion
PageUp People Limited, an Australian enterprise talent management software provider, has acquired PathMotion, an artificial intelligence (AI) powered candidate engagement platform, for an undisclosed price.
Through its SaaS platform, PathMotion is said to help companies to produce highly relevant employee-generated content for attracting and engaging quality applicants.
The AI-powered discussion platform of PathMotion is said to simplify the process for companies to connect candidates to real employees as well as share authentic employee content. With one click, companies can create and share on-brand content generated by employees with potential job seekers.
David Rivel and Alon Laniado — PathMotion co-founders said: “We couldn’t be more excited to join forces with PageUp. The natural fit and synergies in our offerings will enable us to bring the candidate experience to the next level.
“Being part of the PageUp family will bolster our journey at the forefront of how organizations engage and attract talent, while at the same time accelerate our growth internationally.”
PageUp People said that the acquisition complements its recent acquisition of Clinch Recruitment Marketing software.
Like Clinch Recruitment Marketing, PathMotion will integrate seamlessly with the PageUp ATS, and will also be sold as an independent solution that plugs into other ATS solutions, said PageUp People.
The London and Paris teams of PathMotion will join the Clinch Recruitment Marketing team in Dublin.
PathMotion will continue to cater to the British and European markets and boost its presence in the US, Australian, and Asian markets.
Mark Rice — PageUp People CEO said: “We’re thrilled to welcome PathMotion into the PageUp family. Delivering an engaging, authentic candidate experience is a must in today’s competitive talent market, and PathMotion’s innovative AI-powered platform will help our customers attract and hire great people.”
