Orion Real Estate acquires Lookout Pointe Apartments in Provo, Utah

Orion Real Estate Partners, a Los Angeles based real estate investment firm, has acquired Lookout Pointe Apartments, a garden-style apartment community in Provo, Utah.

The real estate investment company, which bought the 115-unit apartment community this month, intends to invest nearly $1.1 million in interior and exterior improvements.

Lookout Pointe Apartments overlooks Provo from a perch in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains and is within close proximity to the two largest universities in Utah – the Brigham Young University and the Utah Valley University.

The garden-style apartment community is said to be well-positioned to take advantage of one of the rapidly growing tech hubs in the US.

Lookout Pointe Apartments marks the first acquisition of Orion Real Estate Partners in Utah.
