OnPoint Community Credit Union said that it will open 20 new branches in 2021 within Fred Meyer hypermarket stores across Oregon and Southwest Washington.
According to the Oregon-based credit union, this is the largest branch expansion in the company’s history. The move is also said to reinforce its commitment to its members and the Northwest region.
Presently, OnPoint Community Credit Union operates 36 branches, of which four locations opened this year. The credit union caters to more than 415,000 members.

OnPoint Community Credit Union said that it will open the new in-store branches on a rolling basis during the first half of next year, with construction to start in January.
Each of the credit union branches will provide a full suite of financial services to its members, which including enrollment of membership, consumer and commercial lending, financial planning, mortgages, ATMs, and also notarization.
