Ohio-based Ross Elevator acquired by KONE

KONE, a global player in the elevator and escalator industry, has acquired the service and repair business of Ohio-based Ross Elevator for an undisclosed price.

Through the deal, KONE has acquired Ross Elevator’s operations in the greater Cleveland metropolitan area and extending south to Akron.

Established in 1969, Ross Elevator is said to have a strong reputation for carrying out high quality service, modernization, and repair work.

KONE said that the acquisition bolsters its local operations and provides additional talent and experience to its team in Cleveland.
