The acquisition is structured as a mix of a secondary sale and stock swap, with INR 4.8 crore in cash and the remainder as equity in NODWIN Gaming. Managing over 1,000 gaming content creators, the agency has formed partnerships with global brands like Samsung, Realme, and Krafton. This acquisition enables NODWIN Gaming to integrate Trinity’s capabilities into its ecosystem, broadening its reach across emerging markets in Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Akshat Rathee, co-founder of NODWIN Gaming, expressed enthusiasm for the NODWIN Gaming acquisition, emphasizing that Trinity’s strengths in content creation and community engagement would complement NODWIN’s esports and gaming expertise.
