NFP, a US insurance broker, which offers property and casualty (P&C), corporate benefits, retirement, and individual solutions, has acquired EFG&M Management for an undisclosed price.

Located in the Austin Metroplex, EFG&M Management is an broker that caters to employers across central Texas.

With more than three decades of experience supporting employers in the region, the employee benefits broker is expected to help NFP in expanding its footprint in a diverse and growing area.
