New BMW M340i xDrive car launched in India by BMW India

BMW India has unveiled the new BMW M340i xDrive car at an ex-showroom price of INR 69,20,000 with deliveries to begin from January 2023 onwards.

The BMW M340i with an M engine is locally produced at the BMW Group facility in Chennai, India.

With an output of 374 hp and 500 Nm maximum torque, the BMW M340i xDrive car is powered by 2,998 cc straight-six petrol engine.

BMW M340i xDrive is said to complete the sprint from 0 to 100 km/hr in 4.4 seconds.

The eight-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission allows the engine to develop its full power and efficiency.

The car’s all-wheel drive system ensures maximum traction, agility, and vehicle stability.

The new BMW M340i xDrive car features19-inch M light alloy wheels in 791 M styling.

The car features auto start-stop, electronic power steering, brake-energy regeneration, 50:50 weight distribution, and eco pro mode in driving experience control.

Supplemented by the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, the BMW iDrive has Operating System 8 that enables communication between occupants and the vehicle using touch, gesture or speech.

The new BMW M340i drive features six airbags, attentiveness assistance, and anti-lock braking system with brake assist.

The car features dynamic stability control including dynamic traction control, cornering brake control, electric parking brake with auto hold, electronic vehicle immobilizer, side-impact protection, integrated emergency spare wheel, ISOFIX child seat mounting, crash sensors, and runflat tyres with tyre pressure indicator.

The BMW M340i xDrive car is available in mineral white, dravit grey, black sapphire, and tanzanite blue colors.
