NCL Industries, NCL Buildtek get LoA related to AP govt’s housing scheme
A consortium of NCL Industries and NCL Buildtek has been issued letters of acceptance (LoA) of bids totaling INR 1,863.19 crores from the Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation (APSHC).
Under the contract, the consortium will supply prepainted (GI) steel window frame with glazed shutters and GI powder coated door frames to help the Andhra Pradesh government implement its Navaratnalu -Pedalandariki Illu Scheme.
NCL Industries said that a formal contractual agreement will be signed after meeting conditions in terms of the LoA.
The building material company, which manufactures cement under Nagarjuna Cement brand and cement bonded particle boards under the Bison Panel brand, has a 50% share in the consortium. Its sister company — NCL Buildtek is the consortium leader.
