NBGC (INDIA) secures three work orders worth Rs 258cr

NBGC (INDIA) Limited, a management consulting company owned by the Indian Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has secured three work orders worth INR 258 crores.

The company has signed three separate memorandums of understanding (MoUs).

The first is with the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for an INR 175 crore contract for redeveloping the old MEA housing complex at Kasturba Gandhi Marg in New Delhi.

NBGC (INDIA) signed an MoU with Aligarh Smart City Limited for an INR 50.14 crore contract to provide project management consultancy (PMC) services for the project development and modernization of infrastructure at Naurangilal College sports facilities.

The third MoU is for a contract worth INR 32.98 crores with the National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI). Under the contract, NBGC (INDIA) will be responsible for the demolition and construction of the NCCE hostel building at the NCUI complex.
