Nazara Technologies invests in Snax Games, secures exclusive publishing rights for India and Middle-East

Leading diversified gaming and sports media platform, Nazara Technologies Limited (BSE: 543280) (NSE: NAZARA), has broadened its international portfolio by investing a substantial USD 500,000 (equivalent to INR 4.15 cr) in Israeli game developer Snax Games Ltd via its Singapore arm, Nazara PTE Ltd.

The alliance goes beyond just investment. Nazara Technologies has inked an exclusive publishing agreement with Snax Games, obtaining rights to market the latter’s games in the Indian subcontinent and the Middle-East. This exclusive collaboration is structured on a revenue-sharing foundation and is slated to span five years.

Known for its proficiency in mobile gaming, Snax Games is steered by industry stalwarts boasting over two decades of gaming expertise. Their remarkable journey includes crafting top-tier games and IPs that have collectively raked in over $1 billion in revenues. The team has previously been associated with gaming titans like Scopely, Plarium, and CrazyLab. In line with its innovative approach, Snax Games is pioneering a fresh casual multi-game genre. Their debut offering in this category, “Parties & Puzzles,” is anticipated to be a game-changer in the puzzle segment.

Nazara Technologies’ CEO & Jt.
