Monos, the Canadian travel and sustainability-centric lifestyle brand, has announced the launch of its first-ever retail store at Vancouver in British Columbia.
Located at 2131 West 4th Ave, the new flagship store is positioned on West 4th Avenue of Kitsilano, a vibrant area in the city founded by Monos.
Spread across approximately 1,900 square feet, the store’s design aims to engage customers in an immersive journey. The establishment features a striking archway viewable through a floor-to-ceiling glass exterior, leading guests into a space where they can discover the brand’s color collection, core items, and travel accessories.
Victor Tam — Monos Co-Founder and CEO said: “We are thrilled to announce the opening of our flagship store where Monos was first conceived.
“Our flagship store embodies the essence of Monos as a pioneer and innovator in the travel industry, where customers can experience our meticulously crafted products firsthand. This marks the start of an exciting new journey for us, and we eagerly anticipate expanding our reach and sharing our passion for travel with more people in the years to come.”
The retail expansion follows a substantial investment in the brand last year, including a $10 million Series A and $30 million Series B funding round. Over the next few years, Monos plans to establish more stores beyond British Columbia.
Adding to the allure of the new Kitsilano location, customers will have exclusive in-store access to a limited edition sage green color collection. This special collection is slated to be available online from mid-August.
