Mitratech acquires compliance management software provider Tracker Corp

Mitratech, a legal and compliance software provider, has acquired Tracker Corp, a provider of SaaS I-9, E-Verify, and immigration management solutions, for an undisclosed price.

The acquisition is said to enable Mitratech to help organizations address the challenges of growing scrutiny from the government, remote workforces, painful and costly manual staffing processes, and inefficient immigration management.

It is also said to support Mitratech’s mission to provide legal and compliance solutions to mitigate risk across organizations.

Tracker Corp. is said to have been helping with legal accuracy and in making sure of data security. The company’s I-9 Complete offering is claimed to be the only end-to-end I-9 compliance software solution that has maintained a track record of zero client fines.

Its ImmigrationTracker solution is used by law companies of all sizes, and also corporate HR and legal professionals for optimizing immigration case management.
