Missouri-based Stitz & Associates acquired by Heffernan Insurance Brokers

Heffernan Insurance Brokers, an American insurance brokerage firm, has acquired Kirkwood, Missouri-based Stitz & Associates for an undisclosed price.

Stitz & Associates’ president Drew Stitz and other team members have joined HeffDirect, which is the small business unit of Heffernan Insurance Brokers.

Established in 1989, Stitz & Associates is engaged in consulting, implementing, and servicing individual health, group employer health, and Medicare insurance clients.

Catering to Missouri and the greater Midwest, Stitz & Associates offers employee benefits as well as outsourced backroom solutions for commercial clients. For individuals, the company offers supplemental and enrollment assistance.
